Leonie stayed in the Zetter in Clerkenwell. This fabulously trendy hotel looks like it’s been splattered with the entire colour spectrum! It was an absolute delight to photograph beautiful Leonie in such a vibrant space.

There was definitely a hint of vintage love in this brides style, from the delicate opals on her engagement ring to her sparkling 20’s wedding shoes. This dash of yesterday brought together with the modernity of the day worked an absolute treat!

The Zetter had an industrial vibe going on, so we took advantage of the piping of course! It’s like it was made to frame her dress!

Parisa & Tom’s 50’s Inspired Wedding in Sundridge Park Manor, London

Parisa & Tom chose to say I do in the beautifully domed mansion of Sundridge Park Manor in Bromley, London. With its elegant white washed walls and romantic balconies, surrounded by pretty landscape parks and woodlands, it was the perfect setting for this 50’s vintage wedding with an Iranian twist!

The grandeur of the interiors brought together with the quirky style of this couples wedding worked a charm. Looking up literally takes your breath away. We loved the intricacy of the ornate ceilings, lavish with gold and turquoise detail, and enjoyed the pops of 1950’s frills dotted around the manor that lived above and beyond it’s name.

Not stopping at styling the venue, our beautiful Parisa went all the way with her love of all things 50’s with this fabulous Tea Length wedding dress, cat eyes frames and victory rolls hairstyle. Her bridesmaids were rocking emerald green numbers complete with pink petticoats! Lovely! Stepping inside the manor really felt like stepping back in time.

We couldn’t get enough of these two! The most adorable children with such infectious smiles!

The ratpack would have been dancing in their graves. The men were kitted out in braces, trilby’s, dickie bows, the lot! Even the guests arrived dressed to the nines in their 50’s attire.

McKenna & Patrick – Post Wedding Destination Shoot in Oia, Santorini

Ever been to paradise? We have, Santorini, or heaven on earth as we know it. Sit back and enjoy our Post Wedding, Santorini Portrait shoot.

A beautiful location fit for a beautiful couple all the way from Boston, USA. These pretty people, Mckenna & Patrick had a post wedding shoot on the Greek Islands whilst they were on vacation!

This corner of the Island is called Oía (pronounced Eeya), it’s the best kept ancient part of the island and most famous for it’s breath taking sunsets and iconic white and blue buildings, anyone would think this place is a model village! We witnessed so many Greek weddings here, so many brides in glamorous gowns proud to be the centre of the attention among admiring tourists. We hope to shoot a wedding here one day.

Shooting in this stunning part of the world is too easy. The vibrant colours and backdrops that could be mistaken for paintings make for such lush photos. As wedding photographers, this is a god send.

We cannot wait to go back to this extraordinary place and hopefully take our wedding photography with us! Oía, we’re not done with you! But for now, Πάρτε και αντίο!

Zoe & Ed’s Destination Wedding in Castello Di Gargonza, Italy – The Night Before “I Do”

Lovestruck goes abroad! We’ve been bursting with excitement in preparation for this blog post, and here it is, finally! So back in July we had the absolute privilege of photographing Zoe & Ed’s wedding all the way in Tuscany. This fairytale wedding had the blissful setting of Castello Di Gargonza, tucked away at the top of Mount San Savino in Arezzo, very close to Florence. Castello Di Gargonza is a medieval village which is now a hotel and wedding venue where guests stay in what used to be local villager houses. We shooting the night before the wedding where Zoe & Ed got family and friends together for a party and dinner al fresco, and why not? With a setting this magical, casual outdoor parties is just a must. In this post you’ll join us as we walk through the stoney medieval streets at sunset, and get in the spirit of the celebrations yet to come…

Zoe & Ed’s Destination Wedding in Castello Di Gargonza, Italy – The Morning

I don’t think we’ve ever been so excited to wake up and shoot a wedding! I mean, we always love shooting our wonderful weddings, but this one in particular got us all fired up with ideas of what we could shoot since we had a good look at the place the night before. Things didn’t kick off until later in the afternoon, so we spent even more time being transported back in time in this village, time is never wasted in Castello Di Gargonza, we could walk through a hundreds times and still spot something we didn’t see before. With the terracotta doors, the pretty flowers dotted around the place, the magnificent stone buildings and views of the typically Tuscan trees, we didn’t want to be anywhere else, the perfect spot for a destination wedding. And would you believe it, July in Italy and it poured with rain, rumbled with thunder and flashed with lightning! It didn’t stop us and definitely didn’t take away from the magic. This is our second destination wedding (third if you can count Ireland?) and as expected we’ve caught the destination bug! As wedding photographers, wedding venues are always something to get excited about with our job, it’s a different back drop, a different scene and it always has something new and special to offer.
